Description
This piece calligraphy artwork "Double Happiness" writing "囍", originally refers to two happy events at the same time. It is mostly used in wedding celebrations to express the joy of both parties. Posting double happiness囍 during the marriage is a traditional Chinese folk custom.
The two side-by-side 喜 words are squarely symmetrical and the skeleton structure is stable, such as men and women standing side by side. There are four more mouths, which symbolize the joy of men and women, and the fullness of children and grandchildren. The family is harmonious and happy. Double Happiness is a special symbol that symbolizes the establishment of a marriage between men and women. Generally, women are married, and single Happiness is posted on the gate. If a child marries a daughter-in-law, double-happiness is posted. As long as a person passing by sees single-happiness or double-happiness, they immediately understand that the family is doing it
Calligraphy is a kind of line art and abstract art that humans express emotions. Chinese calligraphy is the essence of Chinese culture because it is a unique and visual art that covers Chinese language, history, philosophy, calligraphy, and aesthetics. Its performance art is praised as speechless poetry, no dance of the line, the painting without pictures, the silent music.
