Description
Litchi, the most famous fruit in the Lingnan region of China, is abundant in June. It has a bright red and sweet and mellow fragrance. It is very delicious. Lingnan people love lychee in order to live a prosperous time and live a peaceful and happy life. The poet Su Dongbo has a poem:: "日啖荔枝三百颗,不辞长作岭南人”最为人知。"I eat 300 lychees every day, and I am a native of Lingnan." It is best known. A branch is full of lychees, red and round, symbol it is prosperous, with many children and grandchildren. The meaning of lychee is good. And the homonym of lychee is "good luck", which also means full of welfare and good fortune.
The painting was created with a brush, ink handwriting on rice paper.
